Microsoft et Linux

"Microsoft has appointed a director to lead its interoperability efforts with Novell.

The two companies have been trying to sell a combined proprietary and open-source software package to businesses since they announced a deal in November. Through a jointly run Interoperability Lab, they intend to make Novell's Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10 run on Microsoft Virtual Server 2005. Microsoft, it seems, has been in a roll signing Linux agreements left, right and center. First it was Novell, now Xandros. This type of behavior coming from Microsoft was unheard of before, and yet it is true. Microsoft and Linux are now best pals.

What should we expect next, Windows (code named Tuxedo) based on Linux? I wonder if I am way out in the left field here, or is there some truth to that statement?
